You don’t need to uninstall it just follow this steps to change the keyboard input in your laptop PC. Go to Control Panel > then go to Clock, Language and Region > Choose Region Language > then Keyboard and Language Tab > then Change Keyboard and then change your input method to you desire Language.

Dear Fried I would like to add one more thing to the good answer above. You can use this method to install a new input language or remove an input language.
Or you can remain the two languages at the same time and convert between them by using ALT+SHIFT and you can adjust the default input method to displayed at first .
So if you like to remove the Chinese language in the same window choose it and then click remove.
