I installed Avast anti-virus software in my note book but I can’t uninstall it now. It starts when ever I start my notebook and takes a long time to scan. It makes my notebook slow or inactive for couple of minutes.
How do I uninstall Avast?
To uninstall your Avast Anti Virus using windows XP OS just Go to Control Panel then click Add or Remove Programs then Select the Avast Program then after selecting the Avast Click the Uninstall/Change Button.
Follow this instruction, step by step:
1. click start
2. go to "Control Panel"
3. go to "Programs"
4. go to "Program and Feature"
..and after that you will see the list of installed program in your notebook.
5. just double click the program that you want to uninstalled.
6. and follow the prompt instruction.
