I have experienced problems with my web cam such as it shutting down after 5 seconds of opening and hanging while taking a video. What do I do so that this no longer happens?
Camera is easy to install and if there are some problem about it you can try it, Try to install it to other computer. See if it will run ok. If it run ok, there is something wrong with your computer, there might be come components or drivers that do not install properly to your computer. Try to uninstall the camera and install it again. See if it works. If not, this is the time that you need to consult to the shop where you bought your camera. They can help you a lot about that. There might be defect or something wrong that need to replace with a new one, you can use also the warranty of you camera to avoid buying new one. Good luck.
