I keep most of my files in portable document format as read only files. There are times when the files get corrupted resulting into the loss of some important information. I have been advised to use PDF Repair full version whenever I have issues with the PDF files. The problem is that after installing this application, it keeps telling me that it has not installed properly. When I restart the computer, I get a message saying an error has been found when the computer was trying to start the application. What can I do?

In this case first of all uninstall the software and install the software again either from a fresh copy of CD/DVD or a virus free drive on your local PC.
