How do I install Outlook contacts plug in from IMAP of Yahoo? I have Microsoft Outlook 2007 that keeps on crashing. I would like to sync it with Yahoo for email and contacts retrieval so I won't have to re-configure Outlook.

Unfortunately there is no such plug-in available for MS Outlook 2007 that could automatically synchronize your contacts with Yahoo mail. You have to do it manually at regular intervals to back up your contacts and keep them safe from any crashes.
But the good news is that MS Outlook 2010 does have support for such a plug-in that can automatically synchronize your contacts. So, if you are facing trouble using MS Outlook 2007 and to avoid manual synchronization you should consider migrating to Outlook 2010.

There is no plugin that will automatically sync your Yahoo account with MS Outlook. From what I understand in your question, you wish to retrieve and import the contacts and emails from Outlook (which keeps crashing) to Yahoo, there is a way to do this. Here's how you can export your Outlook contacts to Yahoo:
1. Launch Outlook, click File > Import and Export
2. Highlight Export to a file > Next
3. Select Comma Separated Values > Next
4. Select Contacts > Next.
5. Click Browse. choose the folder where the .CSV file will be saved. Hit Next.
6. Click Finish.
7. Go to your Yahoo mail, then to the Contacts page.
8. Click Actions > Import Contacts
9. Just follow the proceeding instructions.
Alternatively, you may use Microsoft  to sync all your contacts from all your accounts / devices.
