Dear Aziz2k9,

I appreciate your interest in knowing how to double underline a selected text in Microsoft Office.

This can be done by launching Font Dialog Box. You can launch the Font Dialog Box by the following ways:

  1. In the Menu bar, click ‘Format’ and select ‘Font’ using mouse. Alternatively, you can type Alt+O and then type ‘F’ so that the Font Dialog box is launched.

  2. You can also launch the Font Dialog box by selecting a text; right click on the mouse; choosing ‘Font’.

Once the Font Dialog box is launched, click the ‘Underline Style’ drop down. It lists the different types of Underlines. Choose the ‘Double Underline Style’ and then click ‘OK’.

I hope the above solution helps. Please do reply if you need further explanation.

Regards,

Uma Suresh
