I just received a FastReport.Net Programmer Manual in a Microsoft Word file format. How do I convert to Fast Report Programmer Manual PDF format. Do I need a software for this? I'm on Windows XP and Microsoft Word 2003. Thanks in advance.

Microsoft Word 2003 does not have the capability yet to save a word document in PDF format.
I would suggest going to a website that can convert your Word documents to PDF format.
One such site is https://www.sodapdf.com/word-to-pdf/
When you get to that site, just scroll down to the bottom of the page where it will ask you to select the word document that you want to convert. So, just click on “Choose file”, select the word document you want to convert, click “Ok”, then click on “Convert document”. This service is free, by the way.
In case that site is down, you can also try http://convertonlinefree.com/
The site can also convert your word document to PDF for free.
The process is fairly fast and easy that’s why I recommend doing it this way.
If you really want a software for this, then I would recommend purchasing Adobe Acrobat XI. It has lots of features that can help you work on your PDF files.

You don't need special software to change a file from Microsoft word to PDF all you have to do is click on save as then in the save as screen you will find Save as type choose PDF from its drop down then hit save. So do as on screen if you got lost.
