Its been tough dealing with Word documents in that users often alter the contents without permission. I had PDF format restricts alteration/editing of the document, so how do I change from Word to PDF format? I am currently using Office 2007.

How do i change a word document into a PDF format
Â
In order to convert a word document to pdf document,we need to set the document converter as your default printer.
Â
To achieve that , go to Start from your Windows  Menu, navigate to control panel and then move to printers and faxes.
Next, right click on the document and choose the option default. After this is completed, open the word document  and click on the file.
Following that, opt for print where the printer name and details  are found.
The last involves selecting the document converter and choose to print.
The word document would now be converted to PDF documents.

You will have to go to the main menu at the top left hand of your computer and left click then select the 'SAVE AS' option and choose the PDF option. If you still can't  manage then go online to install the save as PDF add-in for the 2007 Microsoft Office system. After this then you can save your files as PDF
