The application is called FeedJit and here are the steps on how you can add this feed to your Blog:

First, sign up with FeedJit (Just fill out the sign up form) Hit Next.

Next page is where you can configure how your traffic widget would look like.

Feel free to choose the colors, size so as the widget would blend perfectly with your blog.

Once you are done customizing everything, Select your Blog page and from the FeedJit page you can add the widget to your site.
