Hello Patricia

To get rid of this issue, you have to follow these steps
First – Adjsut the preferences.

To do this, goto preferences in Word, then in View, click the horizontal scroll bar and vertical scroll bar check boxes.

After this, if you are still facing problems, then remove the word preferences and reset the normal template

Hope this would help!!
Thanks
Bennie

Hello Dear Patricia C Lahr,

Dear auto scroll is the Microsoft Word's built in option. It does not matter that which operating system you are using currently.

If you have a massive word document and you do not want to move the scroll bar with the mouse, so I have a best way for you to make the scroll bar movement auto.

To turn the auto scroll on you have to do as I say.

Right click on any toolbar and choose customize. It will open a menu on left side. Choose All Commands from this menu.

And now it will open a menu on right side. Click on Auto Scroll in this menu.

This is very easy to use auto scroll.

I hope you are understood.

Thanks
