If you want to disable lync blink, On your windows Operating system 7, There is a solution available or what you can do is , Download 3rd party software, Which is a disable lync blink at software informer.       As of now there are no registry tweaks to resolve this problem, however there are work around on how to disable Lync from blinking. First, set the Lync window as always on top. Second, set your Lync software as DO Not Disturb. And third, avoid sharing Lync screen. These suggestions may not be the most intuitive, since Lync frame was designed to blink if there are any changes on it or if you have received new message.
