The Dell OptiPlex 3020 Micro PC desktop comes pre-installed with either Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (English or French) or Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional 64-bit. It runs on fourth generation Intel Core i5 4590T Quad Core 2.0 GHz processor, built-in Intel HD Graphics 4600 GPU, 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM, and 500 GB SATA hard drive. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support optical drive for use on CD and DVD discs.

It supports Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11AC Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 LE Wireless Card, 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet, two (2) USB 2.0 ports, and four (4) USB 3.0 ports. They offer 3-year basic hardware service with 3-year NBD limited onsite service after remote diagnosis. This micro PC has only one (1) memory card slot. So if you want to upgrade the memory to 8 GB, you need to buy a single 8 GB memory module.

Also, if necessity comes and you need to use an optical drive probably for installing software or watching movies, you need to purchase an external DVD or Blu-ray drive that you can fit to one of the USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 ports.
