How to detect ultra surf users? Is there a way that we can detect all ultra surf users around the world and we can be able to see them in a list through the web or any internet connected websites? If you have some knowledge about ultra surf users please do tell me it would be a great help.

Ultrasurf is a proxy software that uses port "9666". You cannot implement any method to view the data for whole world. But in your "Local Area Network" . You can install a "Packet Analyzer" to analyze your users traffic. You can use "Wireshark" for that purpose. And monitor the traffic source port. If someone is using ultrasurf than there will be entry of the source port "9666". Wireshark will also indicate the source ip and the destination ip. The best practice is to install "Wireshark" on the default gateway or the main "Internet Sharing server" to monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic.
If you’re wondering if there’s a way to find out or locate other users of Ultrasurf, I don’t think that’s possible. Similar to other VPN clients that you run on your computer, it only allows you to connect to the internet to visit websites securely without even getting tracked by your Internet Service Provider.
There is no option there or in the client that will allow you to locate other users of Ultrasurf. To know more about the program, go to the Ultrasurf homepage or to Ultrasurf Download page to download the latest version. The client doesn’t require installation. You can run it immediately after unpacking the ZIP file.
The Ultrasurf client is available for Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux, and Android. The Ultrasurf clients for Linux and OS X operating systems are still in beta versions. They also recommend that users use the latest Google Chrome browser for added security.
