Can anyone tell me the process how to delete all the temporary files which is in my system ?

Thanks for sharing your problem.
Dear in windows temporary files are stored in many places.
If you want to delete all your temporary files then act on these instructions.
1. Go to Windows folder and delete all files in "Prefetch" folder.
2. View all hidden files and go to your windows installation drive. Then choose documents and settings. In this folder choose your username it will open many folders. Go to temp folder and delete all from them. And also delete all files from Temporary internet files.
Then restart you computer. You will see the difference.

It is very simple to delete temporary files from your system. As you know at the time of browsing internet and working with your system, it stores a lot of temporary files without your knowledge. If with any reason you lost your data that you can recover from your temporary files. Moreover due to existence of huge temporary files in your system it slows down your internet connection. Please follow the below steps in order to delete all the temporary files which is present in your system.
1. Please hold down windows Key at the same time press the letter R in your keyboard.
2. Type in the search bar %temp% and hit enter.
3. Now you will be displayed all the temporary files present in your system. Select all the temporary files and right click on it and click delete option.
It will delete all the temporary files present in your system.
