Can someone explain me how to do these things in Microsoft word?

I have seen there are many tables have been created in word sheets.

So I like to know how can create tables?

It is very easily we can create tables in Microsoft word. I will explain it step by step.

First open a word document and click on the insert tab.

Then click on the table.

Then select the no of columns and rows you want and click.

Then the table will be appeared.

I will give some headings as follows.

In order to add a column to a table click on the place you want to add, right click and select insert.

Now select “insert column to left or right” as you want and click on that.

A table can be created using few ways. I'll tell you how to Draw a Table.

Use below structure and complete your work.

Draw a Table.

You can draw a complete table-for example.

One that contains cell of different heights or a varying number of columns per row.

  • Click where you want to create the table.
  • On the Insert tab, in the Tables group click Table, and draw Table.

The pointer change to pencil.

  • To define the other table boundaries draw a rectangle. Then draw the column lines and row lines inside the rectangle.

  • To erase a line or block of lines, under Table Tools on the Design tab Draw Borders group,click Eraser.
  • Click the line that want to erase. To erase the entire table see.
  • When you finish drawing the table, click on a cell and start typing or insert a graphic.

Hi,

I know that nobody gives this solution as like as me.

1st you need 5 columns to create.

You have to press,

And then press enter and then you have to press table to increase your row.

How much row you have a need you can select easily to press table.
