Hi. To learn how to create HTML e-mail, first click on emails menu. Then, click on the option of creating a new e-mail. Then, enter the fields which are mandatory for creating the e-mail such as the name of the e-mail, sender’s name, sender’s e-mail address, recipient’s e-mail address, subject of the e-mail and the address to be displayed. Then, save the information and click on next. Select the use your own HTML button from below the template categories mentioned. Next, copy your HTML and paste it in the area given. Save it and close the window. Images can be added too. After all the editing has been done and the final HTML format is ready, save it and click on Next.
