Hi. How to create HTML e-mail in Outlook 2010 as I am supposed to write about it and submit it as part of my computer science holiday homework? Also, I am keen on learning the same because I have interest in HTML and I want to know how a HTML signature can actually be created in Outlook. Thanks in advance. Please reply ASAP.

Hi. To learn how to create HTML e-mail in Outlook 2010, first enable the signature settings by click in on file, then options, selecting mail and finally the signatures option. Click on the new option to create a new signature and give it a name which you can remember. Next, save the signature. Then, go the path so as to reach the Signatures folder in Microsoft within the Users folder of the C drive. In this folder, search for the file which you had saved previously and right-click on it to edit it. This file will get opened in Word or notepad, where the editing can easily be done. Then, click on the save option and then select the new signature. You will view it according to the modified HTML file.

Hope we helped.
