How to create generic taxi receipts for claim submissions in the company.
Although I always get the receipts for every expense but they are just paper and sometime get mislaid.
I am not trying to cheat or anything.

You can consider capturing the Taxi receipts using smart phone apps for claim submissions in the company later. There are a few free spending apps available at Google Play or AppStore for download.
For instance, “Expense Manager” for android phone and ‘$pendings’ for an IOS device which can use to keep track your spending and save a digital copy of the receipts.
