How to create a complex Microsoft access quizzes and tests

From the Microsoft Access application, go to File>New>Blank Database.
Give your file a name and select "Create"
Go to the design view>Table>Open or in Access 2010 and 2007 a preloaded template can be used to create the table.
Pick one field of the table and name it "Question." Pick a second field and name it "Answer." Add a third field and name it "Quiz Name." This will create one master table.
Go to Yes, Set a Primary Key for Me> Next
Go to Enter Data Directly into the Table >Finish   
Data can now be entered directly into the table and on completion, click the Enter.
Do likewise for the consequent records till completion of all of questions and answers. Click save and close table.
To view or print sample answers and questions from the table, select "Query To". You can modify or reformat table data at any time
