How to create and install a web form in WordPress website?

I want to create a web form that helps to capture my visitors' details when they click on the close window of the browser. In other words, this form has to pop up when the user closes the browser asking the user to input his/her details and click on submit. I tried a couple of plugins, but they don't seem to work for my requirement. I need a plugin to use or any specific method to accomplish this task. Kindly provide a solution

Hi,

Login to your wordpress account click on plugins and then type the form you want in your website and search for plugins like if you want to create contact form then click contact form and then create generic for it if you want then select form name click on it.I will generate form for your website and instal also into your wordpress site the plugin will be installed.After doing so follow the instructions shown to use the form initially
