Hello,
I have NERO burner cd and i burn some music videos and save it onto a DVD tape. The process were completed but when i inserted to the DVD player the one burned from the computer, It says "Unsupport format" "Invalid Key" when i press play button.

Do you have an idea why the video cannot be played on DVD player? I thought NERO is burner software? Do you think it's the file format of the software? How can we convert video on mp4 file format that compatible to DVD player? Apart from NERO what other software that can burn cd/DVD? Thanks post your answers here. Stephenee

Hi Stephenee,
What you are experiencing is compatibility error of your DVD player. There are some DVD players that can play certain file types of movies and such. There are also some players that could only play a few file formats of videos. Let me help you in choosing a converter so you can play your downloaded movies on your DVD player.
First of most DVD players have a common file format which it could read. Such as .avi and .mov, these files are common in most because it is the most commonly used file formats for videos. MP4, MKV, etc. are formats which are made into smaller sizes to fit into mobile phones, PDA’s, etc. Here are a few converters that you could try to help you watch your movies:
Pazara Free Video converter 1.4.
This video converter can convert MP4, MP4V files to AVI or MPEG .MP4 to .AVI, MP4 to MPG, iPod MP4 to AVI.
OJOsoft Total Video Converter.
ImTOO MP4 Converter
I hope that these converters will be able to help you solve your problem. Good luck and happy watching.
Your DVD Player does not support your current format of videos. Download Free Video Converter from here http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/. Install it. And convert it to suitable format of your DVD Player. Now burn all your video using Nero it will play with your DVD. You no need to change your burn software.
