I found a way to convert ppt to flash in your Mac operating system.
Try the following steps.
1. Download Wondershare PowerPoint to Flash on your system.
2. Install it and run the software.
3. Import the ppt in to the software as shown in the below figure.
4. Now select the option flash to convert it in to flash and click on the convert button.
5. Your ppt is now converted into flash.
