I’m a shutterbug and have a large number of DVs storing in my PC. I’d like to share some of the beautiful DVs with my friends and families. But as you know, few media players and devices are compatible with the videos recorded with DV.
I want to find a DV to AVI converter for Mac which could solve my problem in a short time.
Can somebody give me some advice?Â

You convert your DV videos to iMovie. Then burn it to a DVD
Download the DV to iMovie converter here import your https://www.idealshare.net/imovie-fcp/mov-imovie-solution.html
Launch the DV to iMovie converter.
Drag and drop the video file on the converter, or go to file then load media files.
Select editing then Movie as the output file.
Now start the conversion from DV to iMovie, and you can use it from iMovie 08 to 11 versions.
You can edit your movie or burn it to your DVD.

It is a very powerful converter. you first load your load your video files.
Here is a lot of info to help you to create a DVD for you. Your files on the left side. you can click and preview on the right. You can resize the output file to your specifications.

There are a few templates to choose from, click on template in the top left side of the screen.

 Here you can choose a nice background picture and background music for your project.
You can decide your where you want to save your video files, to burn later or burn directly to DVD.

Before you start burn go to preference and change the video format.
Start the burning process when the "create DVD success" Â note come up.
