An MSN Connection Manager has suddenly been added to my Network Connections. What is this and how can I connect to it? I tried clicking connect but nothing happens.
Hi James, I have encountered the same issue before. As what I have learned, MSN Connection Manager will be automatically added to your Network Connections if you have installed MSN Explorer. It actually has no function at all. And if you don’t have a dial up modem, you can also notice a display of numbers like this “4255555555” which has a status of “unavailable due to a missing device”. However, this issue can be ignored or if you are not using your MSN Explorer and you may want to remove the MSN Connection Manager, you can do so by uninstalling the MSN Explorer. You can do this through these steps:
– Go to Control Panel
– Then Add/Remove Programs
– Look for MSN and click uninstall
