I upgraded my Primavera 3.1 to 6 and since then we’re not able to print PDF documents. It worked well when I printed a chart, not sure why it’s not allowing us to print with PDF. Does anybody know how to configure primavera printer to print PDF?

I have heard this problem before . As far as I know Primavera 6 does not allow to save charts or reports in PDF format by default. So in order to solve the problem you need to download PDF printer driver then install it. Let me tell you in online there are few packages contains PDF printer driver and you can download it for free. To get these drivers you can log on to websites like CutePDF Writer, doPDF or PDF995. After logging in simply just go to the download or free download option then download and install it. I hope this will help you to solve your problem..
