I have set a meeting with an international client and this meeting requires online access and sharing of desktops and applications. I want that we should allow everybody included in the meeting to share electronic data on screen. We should also be able to control each other’s desktop by remote control. Can anybody provide more information as to how can I configure network secure meeting on a user role?
How to configure network secure meeting on a user role?
To configure secure meeting on a user role:
In the navigation tree, select Device Manager > Devices. Click the Device Tree tab, and then double-click the Secure Access device for which you want to configure secure meeting on a user role.
Click the Configuration tab. Select Users > User Roles.
Click the New button. The New dialog box appears.
Add or modify settings as specified in TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
OK—Saves the changes.
Cancel—Cancels the modifications.
