Hello Cecile

Here's the step how to configure your IPV4 Network card.

You need the following information:

1. Your Gateway

Steps:

1. Go to control panel

2. Find "Network and Sharing Center"

3. At left pane menu, find "Change Adapter Settings"

4. Find your network card listed (Local Area Connection/Wireless Network Connection)

5. Double Click and click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4)"

6. Click Properties

7. Now set your IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway. (Your gateway will be your server IP Address where your internet source coming from. Your index should be the same. Ex. if your server IP Address is 192.168.6.100, then your IP should be 192.168.6.101 until 254)

8. Click OK and Close.

It should work then.
