Hi

Can I configure Exchange 2003 or Outlook 2003 in order that the Global Address record in Outlook shows other columns by the default ones? Need your help. Thanks.

One feature of Microsoft Office Outlook or Exchange 2003 is being able to configure it for our Global Address book which will help us to synchronize our offline contacts with our Outlook for easier access. It could be a long process but once we have everything configured and synchronized we will see how easy and how comfortable it is to use without the hassle of manually going thru our offline contacts to send them messages using our Microsoft Outlook. Let me give you a link to guide you with the process of administering your offline address book in Outlook 2003: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841273
