Before the presentation, seminars and business deals, we need to compare different files. If these files are in PDF than we can use Compare Documents option. We compare them by following these steps-

Step 1: Go to Tools and select Compare Documents.

Step 2: Select the documents which you want to compare. You can decide the size of the file by entering the page numbers.

Step 3: Choose the type of document that you want to compare after selecting Document Description. Then press OK.

Step 4: The first page will tell about the differences in the text. You can view these differences in two ways.

Method 1- Use the Compare Panel. The differences are shown by the icon under a thumbnail.

Method 2- Select Compare Panel then option icon and then Show Documents Side By Side.
