Hello,

How come I got this error CRM no access?

I just installed Microsoft CRM in my dell desktop computer and suddenly an error occurred when I opened the CRM application.

What was this error all about and even if I restarted the computer the same problem still occurs.

I need your help guys, my computer’s operating system is windows XP.

Hi Vanessa Onnoya,

I am not sure about what error you got from installing MS CRM and what version it is so I have searched some common reasons for what could possibly the reason out of it.

I have attached some links of a forum that tackles about your problem.

Hi Vannesa,

The error may be vague, it may be an error regarding credential here is what you can try to do:

  1. Go to Start > Administrative Tools > open Internet Information Services Manager.
  2. Click to expand Server and then Sites.
  3. Makes a right click on Microsoft Dynamics CRM site > choose Manage Website > Advanced Settings.
  4. Look for Physical Path Credentials and then check if it does not contain any credentials.
