Numerous tmp reader programs are seen available over the internet. I have tried only a few. They often seek a license to complete the exact action what I want. Is there any way to overcome this without purchasing a license?

You can always open Temp files when using a Notepad, or depending on the file type because oftentimes temp files is not readable. To open a .tmp file just right-click the file that you want to open. Select Open and then select Notepad on the program list. Click OK. You cannot delete a specific Temporary files if you force quit your Windows.
