I just finished writing a disc using Nero.

However, the program failed to close the session. I don't know why.

My question is, how do I close it in ImgBurn?

Please see this screenshot for the error message.

You encounter this because windows tries to read the disc that you are burning and that interrupts that ImgBurn that cause to stop.  So to solve this one please follow the instruction.

  1. Close ImgBurn, remove Cd then restart your computer.
  2. When windows booted, close unnecessary programs/process to your task manager such as itunes, limewire etc.
  3. Open the imgburn then now insert your DVD.
  4. Do not close task manager.
  5. Find the imgburn process to your task manager then right click it then choose priority then set it to high.
  6. You must do this step every time you encounter the error.
