How to delete all of the items in the Outlook Calendar folder?

Microsoft Office Outlook 2002

1. Open Outlook 2002, click your Calendar folder.

2. From View menu, select Current View, click By Category.

3. From the View menu, Expand/Collapse Groups, click Collapse All.

4. In Table pane, right-click each category, click Delete. You will delete every item that belongs to each category

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

1. Open Outlook 2003, click your Calendar folder.

2. From the View menu, select Arrange By, click, current view and click By Category.

3. From the View menu, point to Expand/Collapse Groups, and then click Collapse All.

4. From Table pane, right-click each category, then click Delete. This deletes every item that belongs to each category.

The Calendar folder will be empty.

Hi Gloria,

Its going to be easy. All you need to do is to back up. Click File > Archive

You can back up by archiving all information on your Outlook, that includes your inbox and subfolders, contacts and calendar.

Create the archive folder into an external source, maybe a flash drive or an external drive.

Once your done with the archive, you can plug in your external storage into your computer and copy the archive.pst into your documents or any of your chosen destination.

Once the archive folder is in your computer, then you can Open Outlook and click on File > Open > Open Outlook Data File and then pull up archive.pst

Then you'll be able to view all your items from your previous email to your new computer.

Hope this helps.
