I am asking for some advice on what is the best way to clean the dust inside my computer, when I open my casing this morning I saw a big pile of dust, I am afraid to touch the wiring's in it.

To clean dust in your computer you have to get the necessary tools. Best is if you can get a small air compressor. Small vacuum cleaner is handy to clean the mess around computer after you blow out dust using a compressor. Remember never to use vacuum inside.
At first, shut down the computer and disconnect the power source. Then master power switch which is usually on the back of your computer and put to off position. Unplug all cables which connect to a power source or external devices.
This is very important to remember. Never touch the inside of your computer. Touching you may discharge static shock to some of the components and damage them.
Use compressor to blow dust out of the computer. Make sure the Heat Sink fan is properly cleaned. That fan is very important and if not working properly the processor will overheat.
Another way to clean is to use a can of compressed air. But in this case remember to always hold can upside right to prevent liquid to come out and damage the computer.
You need some vacuum to make it clean it can be any air source may be a blower or a air pump. Second thing you need is a paint brush it can also help to remove dust from your PC.
Just open the case and apply some vacuum first it will remove the necessary dust form PC then apply the brush to clean your PC board and other devices.
Next step is you can also apply petrol to make contacts of your PC board clean you can apply it to your RAM and Motherboard but use only high level petrol for such purpose and be sure that you don't have such fluid which is sticky and when you apply it keep it out of working for some time so that all of the patrol is removed and then place it back to your PC.
It will solve the inner dust problem in your PC. Next step is to clean the outer cove you can use some cleaning fluid for such purpose or you can apply some water wash on it also because these are not electronic components and does not damage with water.
It will completely remove dust from you PC and now it will look like a new PC with good performance.

In cleaning the desktop and computer case.
You need to have a blower fan. It is not recommended to used a brush because this hardware are very sebsitive and thus needs a little careful in cleaning it.
In this way, it is easy to clean it up than having a brush or spray on it.
In cleaning it.
Remove all the fan that connects to the motherboard because this can generate energy to flow back and that might ruin the board.
Then, Blower it until all the dust are remove.
After cleaning. Reconnect all the fan that you remove.
Easy way to get clean with no harm in your PC.
