What's IMSI and how can I check the IMSI Nokia thing? I had charges on my phone and the email support person asked me for this. Where do I see it?

Hi Heather,

First off, IMSI means International Mobile Subscriber Identity. It is like the control number of your phone along with your SIM card that you are using. 

Dialing #*06* in your Nokia phone should display a number. Take note of it and send it back to the CSR you talked to.

Or, please remove your SIM card from your phone and at the back of it, you will see a series of numbers encrypted. It is your IMSI number.

Hello Heather,

IMSI or International Mobile Subscriber Identity is almost like IMSI or International Mobile Equipment Identity of a Phone.

I suppose you have an Android phone because IMSI is an identity of an Android phone. Here's what you need to do;

1.   Turn on your Phone

2.   Just dial *#06#

3.   Send

You should now be able see the IMSI code
