I have Norton 360 2011 v4 and was wondering if someone will guide me how to change Norton 360 key, as my previous key has been expired. Any kind of help would be appreciated.
Launch Norton 360 and then click Account and then Activate Norton 360 or the Renew Subscription option. You can enter the product key from there. Or better yet, remove your Norton 360 version 4 and then install version 5. During the installation of Norton 360 version 5, you will be asked for the product key or if you want to try the product for 30 days. Just enter the product key that you have with you and see if it will work

If your Norton 360 key or subscription just got expired and wondering if you can change it to make the program work again, yes it is possible by renewing your Norton 360 subscription. Renewing your subscription can easily be done right within the application itself.
Launch Norton 360 and on the main window near the bottom look for the renewal section. It should appear right next to your remaining subscription days.
Click “Renew” and carefully follow the instructions for a secure checkout. If you are using the old Norton 360 version, you can upgrade to the new Norton Security Premium.
