I wonder now  how can intruders of computer have an access to my computer?
Do they use some tools in breaking into the system of a computer?
If so, what are those?

There are many ways and tools that a computer experts or computer criminals attack a computer.
There is a prepared application of a known weakness that takes advantage.
There is various tools used to check to a known weakness of a certain computer through a network which is known as Vulnerability Scanner.
A port scanner, which  is commonly used to check certain open ports of a computer to access an open or available one. Another one is a kind of program which is spread through copies which are inserted to another documents and it is a replicating one is called a Virus.
A Rootkit, which has an effect that hides the fact that the computers system has been attack already.
It replaces the systems binaries, which makes the user not to detect the computer criminal intruding the system.

Tell you what, the safest computers are those that are not connected to the internet or shall we say a stand alone computer with no networks.
One way why intruders get into your system is through Telnet.
This is accessible to windows users via command prompt or run by typing Telnet.
I will not provide details on how, but this is one of the tools they are using.
Another email, or website and attachments that contain malicious programs or through remote desktop.
