I do not know how to use it.
And I also don’t know what I have needed to use wireless mouse and keyboard.

In the first place, do you have the wireless mouse or keyboard.
If you have the wireless mouse and keyboard, then you should have also the drivers required to install the hardware and of course the software required.
The wireless feature requires the computer to have at least a Bluetooth hardware or any other wireless connection hardware.
The wireless keyboard comes with the hardware associated.
This will therefore be installed and fixed manually following the step by step instructions provided in the manual.
After installing, you need to restart your computer for the new effect to take place.
This should work
Find a free USB port on your computer and insert the USB connector located at the end of the receiver.
Your computer should automatically detect and configure the hardware.
When it is done, a message saying hardware is ready may be displayed.

I suppose you have in hand the USB wireless receiver, wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, and compatible drivers. Now, plug the USB receiver then install the driver or install the driver first then wait for a prompt on when to plug the USB wireless receiver.
Now it should look for the wireless devices nearby and make sure your wireless mouse and keyboard have good batteries and turned on. Set the wireless mouse and keyboard as authorized and you will be able to use it.

After plugging in the receiver, your computer will begin to configure the hardware for your computer to use. When the configuration is complete, you will probably see a message on the screen similar to "Your new hardware is now ready to use."
