There are two things I know that you can apply: first you can try stopping the trembling by change your resolution to low one like “1024 by 728” to “800 by 600” if you see that the trembling is not yet stopped then try to change your refresh rate of monitor to do that do this: go to Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel then Click on the icon "DISPLAY" then Click on SETTINGS tab Click on the button "ADVANCED" again and then Click on ADAPTER tab now Change the Refresh Rate from Optimal to ADAPTER DEFAULT or 60Hz and then  click apply.

Hi Haja,

I will also suggest that you try changing the display settings of your computer. But another cause of that problem will be that you are using other devices like mobile phones,  radios or another computer close together with the one that has the TV hence there is a conflict in the waves causing trembling of your screen. If that is the case, then you can try placing them quite a distance between each other.

If your computer is a desktop PC, you should also check the Video Graphics Adapter (VGA) cables and ensure that they are tightly fit. Check other cables like the power cable too.

Hope this helps.

At first you can try to adjust your PC power connection. Shut down your PC, then unplug  your UPS. Reconnect to AC power direct and power up. Is still  shaking ?  then  re-setup the refresh rate in your PC. Most suitable resolution rate is 600x 800. 2nd you ensure that your pc is free from magnetic interface such as  mobile , radio etc . Also checking your VGA  cable.
