I have a Mac mini and I am using WiFi connection in my office. I need to setup wireless access point in my Mac mini. My friend told me it's not possible, but I'm not sure. I think there is definitely a way to set it up. Is it possible to set up Wireless Access Point in Mac ? If it possible then please let me know. Thanks.

You are right, you can set up wireless access point in your Mac. As you mentioned, you have Mac and also you have Wireless connection that's better. Most of us don't know that we can set up wireless access point in mac. It's simple and easy. Lets see how to set up wireless access point:

Hey it's really good to here from you that, you able to set up your Wireless Access Point in your Mac, I suggest everyone to keep update Mac OS it's really very important. Because if your OS is not updated then you might not use many features. Cheers.

Dear Nooralam,
A very small but useful suggestion for you. If you face any problem in relation with connectivity of your WIFI in you Mac mini then, turn your airport Off and then again turn On. Â If that doesn't work, then restart your computer. Cheers.

To setup Wireless Access Point, first of all you need WiFi connection and be sure you are connected in Network. It's a very simple process.
For leopard:
Go to System Preferences, then sharing, then Checkmark Internet Sharing and choose share my connection from built in Ethernet to computers using airport.
For Tiger:
Go to System Preferences, then Sharing, then Internet Tab and choose share my connection from built in Ethernet to computers using airport. Thanks
