Use below steps to get rid of the problem:

Go to Edit Menu in Quicken.

Click on Preferences.

Select Setup.

Check ht Turn on Quicken sounds checkbox.

Click OK.

Browse to Quicken install directory.

Right click on the sounds folder.

Select copy from the menu.

Browse to the C:WindowsMedia.

Right click on the folder.

Click paste.
