How can I run iMesh on Linux?

Hi! I used to get a lot of problems with my iMesh running on Windows 7 platform. I used to get several attacks from viruses. I have so far changed to a Linux platform believing that it is more secure (not so sure) so that I can be able to run iMesh without much ado. How do I run iMesh on Linux? Is there a particular iMesh for Linux OS? Please help. Thanks.

Hello,

You can install iMesh on Linux using Wine (Wine is an emulator which enables you to run Windows applications on Linux).  To install Wine go to a software center and search for Wine.  But if you don't want to do that, you can install aMule:  https://sourceforge.net/projects/amule/.

This application is a very good alternative to iMesh.  It supports P2P and all the options which you can find on iMesh.  I hope I helped.  Regards.
