I have some important files in desktop (It is in C dive). I need it hardly. But when I drop my windows service pack 2 and install a new Windows Ultimate 7, I don’t found my files. I also forget my files name. But I need it. Please would you help me to recover my old files?

 As we all know, if you reformatted your drive then no files will be left there. In your case, you have reformatted your computer as you try to install a new Operating System for it (Windows 7) which causes your files to be deleted. The next time you’ll try to reformat your computer and installed new OS in it, try to back-up those files which are important to you. You might put it on your drive D and as you are reformatting and installing new OS, don’t include your the Drive D. There is a lot of software in the web that offers you to recover your file.
