Buy a bootable windows XP CD. Insert it in your CD/DVD drive and restart your computer.

Go to BIOS and set boot from CD. Then restart the computer again. Choose boot from CD when prompted.

Then follow instructions and format your hard drive and reinstall Windows XP.

Check this page for details steps after the above.

Before you reformat you computer make sure to back up all your important files and prepare the driver of your sound card, Video Graphic Adapter, and your LAN card. Your sound card driver will let you restore the audio of your computer while Video Graphic adapter driver will let you use the maximum potential of your Graphic cards. You will need the LAN card driver to install back the software and allow you to access the internet and network.
