How can i find what backlinks a website has?
Before starting the link building campaign or backlinks of your site keep in mind the following facts. Always keep checking your progress and see in the event in which you are building any backlinks to your site. You have to check that your site is listed or not in a directory where you have tried to make a back link.
You must also be able to see if any of the links are “now follow”. The anchor text is very important in building back links so choose relevant anchor text before the link. Quality of site should be considered as important. It will be more worthy if you got a back link on a site which itself a good rated website.
You can search a list of sites that let you check the backlinks of your website. You can also search it on Google with “link: yourwebsite.com.” While this does work, but it doesn't show fresh links and may not show any result related to your website. Backlink takes time.
Move beyond using this tool, and try out a number of the sites below.
It is not sure that any website can provide you confirmed “100% list” of the amount of links that created as back links. Anyhow I will suggest you to try them all, some are definitely better than others.
You can find out which of them work best for your needs, and for your specific sites.

For example in Google, type the site’s web address in the search bar then hit Enter. The search page results will display some possible backlinks created for the site.
In blog sites or generally in web sites, PR stands for Page Rank. This determines your site’s page rank from other competing web sites. To understand it better, the higher your site’s page rank is, the better it is for your site.
If your site or blog site has only a PR1 rating, this means that there are only a few people linking back to your site. You can’t receive any PR or Page Rank if you don’t have any backlinks from other people or the links that other people create that directly points to your blog or web site.
