I have ordered Norton 360 online. When I'm going to install it in my computer it asks to "enter Norton product key". How and where I can find my Norton product key?

If you had received a copy of the CD from the merchant site then the product key should be written somewhere on the packaging. If you have ordered a cd key online and has downloaded the product by yourself then the product key might have been sent you through the mail.
Check your mail thoroughly including the inbox and the spam as well if it contains any mail from Norton which includes a cd key.
If still you cannot find the product key then go for a technical support available at Norton website.
Normally, when you purchase Norton 360 from the Symantec or Norton website, the product key or the serial key is included because that’s what you are paying for. When you purchase a product from Symantec, you are literally paying for the product key, serial key, license code, serial number, or whatever you call it.
The application can be downloaded for free and can be used for a limited time only where the trial period applies. When the trial period expires, the application will stop working and if you want to continue using it, you need the product key and that’s when the role of the product key comes in.
When you purchase a license for the Norton product, that license has a specific number of months or even years to work. This allows you to use the application for the entire period of the license and provides you with free updates when newer versions are available.
