Well, since we don't know exactly what account you want to deactivate here are a list of what you can do I've arranged them per site for your convenience.

Yahoo Mail Deactivation:

Yahoo Mail can be terminated or can ba deactivated easily. Just login to your account and go to the "Terminating Your Yahoo Account" page and you will see this page.

Just type in the information that is needed and simply click on the "Terminate this Account" button and your done. Take note that deleting your account takes about 90 days before it is completely Deactivated.

Google Mail aka Gmail:

As for Google Mail, these steps are similar with the above guide. Just follow these simple steps and then your good to go.

1. Just login to your Gmail Account then click your name/email address (you'll see this at the top right corner of the page)

2. Go search for the "Account settings" option in the drop-down menu

3. Once In the Account settings menu go find "My products" section and click Edit

4. Lastly, Click "Delete Gmail Service" and fill in the required fields.

In the last step you have options or choices to delete just your account or all Google services as well.

It is better to be told your email account type, like Gmail or yahoo-mail. So I mention two type first one is Gmail than yahoo-mail, given below:

Gmail deactivation: at first Sign in to your Gmail account then Click on to your email address on the up on the page then just  select “Account settings” from the drop down menu list.

In the "My products" section, click on the Edit link.

Click  ”Delete Gmail Service” and fill’s all the requirements needed. That’s it.

Yahoo-mail: It is more complicated so I give you to this site it is the site of yahoo itself
