I have a outlook pst file in which all my outlook information is stored. Now i want to Access this file in Excel, My Blackberry and other Devices, So i want to convert this pst to CSV format. So i will open this file in Excel and After Editing Import this file in my Devices. Please tell me the Process. Its Very Urgent.

You can do this using Microsoft Outlook:Â
1. Go to File -> Open and open your pst file
2. Click on File and then go to export
3. Select option Comma Separated Values (Windows), press Next
4. Select which data you want to convert
5. Select desired location for saving your file
6. Finish

Hi there: this can easily be accomplished by using Microsoft Outlook. Since the .pst file is an outlook file, it can be opened in outlook. All data in this file shall be imported to outlook. Once that’s done, save the data to a simple disk file in Comma Separated Values (.csv) format. There you go, hope this helps .

I think this is very simple task and any one can do this by following two different ways. One is import/export option of Outlook and another is different Address Book Recovery Software. For the first methods just go file then Export to CSV. For 2nd methods use Address Book Recovery Software though it not a freeware software you can convert 15 contact at a time in trail basis software. I think you will not face such kind of problem again.
