When I scan a paper, the background color of the scanned paper, appears to be black.
Some papers scanned do not have this background color.
It is clear and white.
I cannot change that color.
How do I fix it ?
Well you never mention the scanner brand name and model. Well It seems to me that there is a problem with the scanner software because ever scanner has the option to scan a black & White and Color and gray Scale pictures. But when all the page scanned white background so it means it's a problem with your scanner software.
Mostly this problem may arise just because the unavailability of a proper software version of the scanner with compatibility. You need to uninstall the scanner software and also remove the driver of the scanner from your computer now firstly install the driver of the scanner and then get the latest software for the scanner from your scanner's brand website.
First you need to check is that how you are using your scanner. Are you properly using the scan instructions or not. You need to get the proper way to use your scanner. While scanning put document in proper format and then cover this document with the cover of scanner properly.
Make sure there is no space in your scanner surface and in your scan copy. Also put the cover of scanner properly. Choose the best options while scanning and make sure that you have properly installed scanner drivers. Also check the software of your scanner and make it default on settings.
Check the background colors if available in your scanner software. Also try to use it on some other paper works so you can check that problem is in your scanner not in your copy paper. While saving your scanned files use the best way to scan your document choose the best format and style.
