I’m currently using Windows XP with Service Pack 3. After I finish installing Adobe Flash Player, I receive an error message that says "http:/get.adobe.com/flashplayer/completion/aih/?exitcode=0 " followed by a second message stating "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.
Create an association in the Folder Options control panel."

You will need to check the file associations using the following procedure:

On your computer, go to start, and then click Control Panel.

After that click on Appearance and Themes, and then click Folder Options.

You will need to choose the File Types tab in the window that pops up, and after that you will need to find the extension that has a problem.

You will need to check for HTM, HTML as well as the Internet Shortcut.
-
For each of the above options, you will need to select and then click Change and then choose the desired program and the check the box that says "Always use the selected program to open this file type.

Click Ok after that.

First you should try to install a fresh flash player:

If you are using Internet Explorer 9, disable ActiveX Filtering.

This error is only the reason of bad state of your current flash player.
You have installed the older version of a flash player. The old versions are not supported with the latest browsers. Kindly download and install the flash player. You should use Adobe flash player 11.5. You can download it from this link.
